Located in Quezon City, Philippines, our full-scale manufacturing plant has been certified by the Bureau of Customs and accredited by the Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) in May 1997. To meet our clients’ demands, the manufacturing plant has a total production of 12,000 dozens month capacity.

The process of our production covers cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and export.

WORK PROCESS

𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 - Given the rapid evolution in production needs, finding the right vendor at the right moment is a key strategic issue. Together with our partner accessories and fabrics suppliers from Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Vietnam, we can assure clients with a wide array of high quality options.	𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 - Pattern Making, Grading and Marking, Sample Prototype	𝐂𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - After being properly marked and measured, the fabric is cut either manually or through a computerized method.
𝐒𝐞𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 - The cut fabric parts are manually joined to make a complete garment.	𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 - The final touches are added to the garment, including pressing or ironing and folding.	𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 - The completed garments are manually assembled in the buyer’s choice of packaging.
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 - The packages are shipped out to the buyer’s location.
